Katoomba averages a 2.6 °C minimum in July and runs about 7 °C colder than Sydney, with settled snow most years. Frost splits pipes, heaters get worked hard, and hot water systems fail in the exact week you need them most.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and you can check it rather than take our word for it. Licence 479856C carries Plumber, Drainer, Gasfitter, LP Gasfitter and Roof Plumber, and it is on the NSW public register along with any compliance history. We are fully insured.
Will I need another trade, or can you do the lot?
In most cases we can do the lot. The same licence covers the plumbing, the drainage, the gas and the roof plumbing, so a job that touches more than one of those is still one team and one price rather than three trades and three schedules.
